She tended to dismiss my questions and concerns. Was pretty flippant like this injury was no big deal. Just overall very unconcerned and though this may be a normal every day not a big deal to her she needs to understand that this is a huge deal to the patient

Provider found the fracture missed by an urgent care in Illinois and gave further guidance and follow up with that fracture. Additionally, they treated my ankle with an air cast which has given me the support I need to continue with my daily physical therapy without fear of further injury.
