He most recently worked as a hospitalist at Prisma Health in Columbia, South Carolina. Prior to this role, he served as an attending internal medicine physician at Aurora West Allis Medical Center in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Background

Dr. Puppala graduated with honors from Kakatiya Medical College in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, India, with bachelor’s degrees in medicine and surgery. He then completed a research fellowship in electrophysiology at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston and went on to complete an internal medicine residency at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Chicago.
